Please Help me Plasma or LED for 45K Budget

This is my first post, but I am regularly following this forum, I need your suggestion for upgrading my 29 inch Samsung CRT with 42 inch flat panel by this October. My budget is restricted to upto 45K, my requirements are.
Picture clarity,
Service
Durability
non 3D and without smart features.
We have hathway STB, We watch Hindi Soap opera on SD channel and DVD Rip movies though pen drive. Please guide me a suitable VFM panel which suits my requirement.
Shall I buy LED or Plasma.
By reading your reviews on Plasma, I became fan of plasma TV, If I buy plasma TV I will take precaution for 350hrs to avoid IR and Burn in issue by avoiding channel logo and black bars, avoiding static image for long time.
But my biggest concern for plasma TV is that after 350 hours of running time still I need to take care of black bar, static channel logo because I live in large joint family it is always not possible to take precautions.
I think, I dont have problem of Reflection on plasma TV as I am replacing my plasma with 29 inch CRT, I dont have any reflection issue with my CRT.
Please guide me for my large family I go with Plasma or LED.

Please clear my doubt are black bars and static channel logo can be kept after break in period?

An HD ready plasma is great for your requirement-

samsung 43 h4900 Rs. 42k
Lg 42 pn4500 36k

audition these 2 side by side and pick the one as per your liking.

i think you need to take care of the logo and bars even if 350hrs are crossed. but i am sure it wont be a that big problem. because soap operas wont have bars and in 30 min episode there must be ADVERTISEMENTS in every 6-7 mins including title montage and end credit and there will be no logo at the time of ADs.

@civil rocks, IMO you should opt for a LED tv instead,as plasmas are soon going to be out of production.you can surf the net to confirm this fact.you will get a gud tv for your budget,i suggest you go in for a full HD one.hope this helps

Yes Panasonic is out of plasma manufacturing unit and Samsung is quitting this November from plasma and LG soon out of plasma manufacturing so it will be problem for sales after service. So best option is LED
