Please Help setting up a mini HT at Dhanbad Jharkhand

Hi All
I am from Jharkhand ..near Kolkata. Room size: 170sft. Dimensions: 14'x12'x11' (lxbxh).

Planning a mini HT
Need guidance and help:

*Screen/TV:*
(i) Ideal size given the size of the room

*Acoustics:*
(i) Do all the walls including the one which will have TV mounted need to be covered?
(ii) Does the whole wall need to be covered or a section/ portion?
(iii) Does the Floor need full carpeting or may just put 1 or 2 rugs

*Sound:* *Budget 120000 +/- 10-15%*
(i) Do I need to pay attention to no.of channels (5 or 7) ?
(ii) pls suggest the exact models with combinations
(iii) placement/ positioning of speakers..(height, distance etc)
(iv) best ways to conceal the numerous wires

Besides the above..anything that you guys may please suggest
