Please suggest an entry level headphones

which entry level over the ear head phones to go for under 2K ?
how's SENNHEISER HD202 II and HD 201 ?

Sennheiser HD 201 is an ok phone for its price. Similar phones from other manufacturers can do better at that price. I would strongly recommend a Sony at that price. Sony is unbeatable in that price class.

Another option would be an IEM. Sennheiser CX-300 is a great phone in that range. Definitely eclipses everything else I heard at that price.

For better sound quality, go for HD 202 even though 201 is available very cheaply at Ebay around Rs.800.

Checked with the local vendor he said he can give HD 202 for Rs.1950 , he also have px 100 which is around 3500 , Do px 100 sound much better than HD 202, will the extra rupees for that worth ( i don't care much about mobility since it will be pared with my PC),
and i read here in the forum that AKG K77 is good. Hows it in comparison with Px 100 and 202 ?

JBL Tempo (MRP : Rs.1900/-, Street Price: Rs.1600/-) is a decent option. Looks good and colourful.
