Hi guys
this is my first post in this forum...
I generally dont watch TV but I am excited about FIFA wc 2014 so i want a TV

My budget is around Rs 30000
I want a FHD LED TV of 32 to 42 inches
My question is to experienced users :

should I go for 39 -40 inch FHD from less reputed manufacturers like
AOC AOC LE 42 A3320/61 42 Inches Full HD LED SNB Television - Buy Online @ Snapdeal.com
Sharp SHARP 39LE155 39 Inches Full HD LED Television - Buy Online @ Snapdeal.com
Haier Haier 40M600 40 Inches Full HD Back Lit LED Television - Buy Online @ Snapdeal.com

or shall i go for 32 inch LED from LG / Sony /Samsung

which will be the best TV at around Rs 30000 ?

why not go for a bigger screen for the same price :) Look at Lg / Samsung 42inches plasma for 35-38k!!! Plasma's are built for sports and looks even better of a bigger screen.

I would suggest a basic 720p 42" plasma in place of a budget LED. The PQ would definitely be better - if you know what I mean. 720p on 42" may be okay depending on your viewing distance.

And one more point which aakashr mentioned, as you are planning for football watching - nothing can beat plasma. All LEDs would show some kind of motion trail behind the ball - specially in long ball scene. Plasma would make any sports look good.

why not Toshiba P2305 39". It has a dedicated Cricket mode setting that is been market as Football mode in malaysia/Singapore. More over it's full HD with 100Hz refresh rate

Please suggest me a Plasma TV which you think is better than these budget LEDs .....
HD vs FHD doesn't matter on real life viewing of channels ?

LG 42PN4500 & Samsung 43F4100 are the two plasma models that you will get around 30 - 33K budget...

LG Plasma is HD Ready, has 1 HDMI input & can decode Dolby Digital but not DTS sound...

Samsung Plasma is ED, has 2 HDMI inputs, can decode both Dolby & DTS sound...

Between the 2, I would go with lg pn4500 being a 720p panel. Samsung 43h4900 also is a good option but is about 40k. Better to go with a 720p panel.

Go for Samsung plasma f4900 . It's about 6-7k more expensive than lg,. But if you compare the extended warranty cost, sammy will work out cheaper! Besides its 3D and has better picture quality.

+1 to Samsung 43f4900. Your FIFA 2014 viewing experience will be awesome in this plasma compared to similar priced LEDs
Many FMs purchased this and are happy.

Hi. Am interested in toshiba P2305 39". Anyone help with the cheapest shop in trivandrum/Kerala we re I can get it for 34k? Tia

Just for the info Yesterday i had watched the Champions league on my Toshiba in Cricket mode , I was very much satisfied with it now. Meets all my expectations.

@tijokjoy, you bought the tv from Kerala right? Can you please share dealer address and total damage please.

I got it from Thiruvalla, Toshiba Authorised Seller. I paid Rs 35K for it.

Here is the address:
Ideal Infotech/R'n'G Infosystems
First floor,Deepa Tower,Deepa Junction,Thiruvalla

K will contact them if no luck with dealers in trivandrum. Planning my purchase by 5th June. Is it wise to wait for wc football to start. Will there be any additional offers/discounts?

My question is who wins between HD Ready plasma vs FHD LED keeping the budget fixed atRs 34 000
