Polk S20 is it good choice for Music ?

Hi, I've decided to buy this Polk S20 speakers for my music listening. I am going to audition this model in the coming week, before that is anyone have this speakers here ? how will you say about it's musical performance ? Please share your thoughts on this speakers!.

Haven't heard this model but AFAIK, POLKs are good for movies. As you mentioned that you're going to audition this model in the coming week, I would request you to trust your ears only. If home demo is possible, go for it. For fair comparison, please listen to few other models from different manufacturers.

I have just bought a pair of polk s20 and hooked them up in stereo set-up without a sub-woofer. Since I have not auditioned any other speakers I cannot give a comparative comment but I listen to mostly telugu songs and the vocals are crystal clear and instruments are heard cleanly. This is major step up from s15 with very little price difference. Hope this helps.

The Polk signature series when I auditioned them seemed a lil shouty and loud for my taste. The RTi series I preferred any day over the s series. I owned one and till date miss them. Just a personal opinion.
