Projector upgrade suggestions from Epson TW8100

Using the Epson TW8100 for the past many years, but would like to upgrade to a 4K projector now. What are some good options available in India for around 2 to 3 lakh? I am looking at Epson TW9400 and also some projectors from Benq but would like to know if there are any other good options. Is true 4K possible within my budget? Also would like to get around 110 inch image from 12 feet if possible.

True 4K projectors were little north of 3L couple of years back, so might be worth looking for one with a little north of 3L budget for a true upgrade
