Quality difference in replacement led TV panel?

Recently my two months old samsung led full hd tv screen got broken. Hence I replaced the panel with new one through authorized samsung service.After that I feel the quality of the picture and sound is not up to the original tv.

I want to know really is there any quality difference between the original and replacement panel?

Can anyone share me the details and if any similar experience you have?

If the replacement panel model is different from the original panel then there can be a difference in picture quality. For some models brands like Samsung use different panel suppliers/models for the same model, so during replacement you may get a different panel from the one you had earlier.

Did you just get the panel replaced or the whole TV? If you just replaced the panel then I see no reason for the sound quality to go down. In what way has the sound quality gone down? is there some distortion?

Service guy replaced the whole tv. He took SMPS and one more board from the old tv and fit that with new panel. it was just 30 mins work in my home itself. I really lost the nice picture and sound from the previous original one after the replacement.

In that case get in touch with Samsung and tell them that the quality of the new panel and sound does not match the quality of the original ones. You can try asking for a new replacement set or a refund.

samsung is the worst in terms of after sales service for Tv. Samsung technician are really shady

ask them to get anotehr panel .. dont waste money on shitty things
