okay I am sharing my connection...I have 3400..not 3500
hdmi from tatasky to hdmi in 3400 and hdmi out from 3400 to TV...
settings in 3400
make hdmi audio out-off
spekaer distance--specify
sp config-small
crossover-80Hz
Db setting-I am not very clear about this section..anyway all speakers at +10
auddusy on
dynamic volume-light..
sub is definitly not that powerfull like separates..still definitlu not weak either..I feel the hummmmmmmm even at volume 10 with this setting.and at 35 centre is quite good for me..in a 20/12 room... yes but with sd channels they perform very very bad....workd really fine with HD channels.not tried from a br plaer or a dvd player so cant comment..hehe
