reconnect led tv's

hey guys
i went to reliance deciding to buy a samsnung 32inch tv for rs.30k(720P)...but after seeing reconnect led tv 42 inch for rs.37k(1080P) couldnt look at any 32inchess tv......
any one using reconnect tv's??the pic quality is not as crisp as sammy or sony but at that price it seems a adjustable trade off
....my only concern is will it last at least 3yrs(they give a 2yr warranty)and how reliable is their warranty??

Better to get a Toshiba (+3 year warranty) instead in place of rebrabded Chinese OEM.

Just for your information I saw an Reliance connect plasma 42 HD for Rs 30,000. Saw this at the Arekere reliance shop. The question is the reliability and after sales service...

My voting would be I do not know.

It doesn't make sense to go for these Chinese branded reconnect tvs...who's panel n picture processing engine specs n origins are unknown.
When u have VFM Options from toshiba, Philips n to some extent even Panasonic...no sense in going for Chinese rebranded reconnect, micromax etc.

Nothing from Reliance is "reliable". Does not mean that product/service will break but it is the case of "when it works, it is fine; when it break, God knows what will happen ... or maybe not".

Am afraid of just that....so decided to go for Toshiba 32pu200

Responding only to the brand, I have a 1.5 ton Reconnect AC and have been floored by their service and after sale support.

For the price of a branded window ac i bought this reconnect ac + stabilizer + 4 year warranty + installation

I have faced challenges, but they have sorted it, examples being:
1. After a couple of months of installation, it was not cooling. It was checked on site, and on a second day problem corrected with gas refiling. Cost = Rs 0

2. They called after a couple of weeks later and informed that service was due and came and serviced the ac. Cost = Rs 0 (twice)

Have only owned it for a season and has worked for me :yahoo: Fingers Crossed

The price surely is good
I am using their low cost devices like reconnect wireless mouse....headphones......kettle etc....and am extremely satisfied.....but didn't try any costly essential items as even if they do timely repairs not able to use the device would be bothering....alsoToshiba tv is just 2k extra with 3yr warranty so...going for that
