Reflective light/mini LED for volume knob?

Hey all, kind of a random question I'm sure but I was hoping one of you kind folks might have a suggestion for me.

I have an older Denon AVR-1500. It has a round volume knob with a little red slash indicating the volume position. There is no volume number on the digital display when volume is adjusted. The knob turns when you adjust the volume via remote (see video:

) which is kind of a neat feature, the only problem is I like to be able to see where the volume knob is, and the red notch is too dark to see from a distance. I was thinking of putting something reflective or bright on the notch that I'd be able to see from my couch but I haven't come across and good solutions. Would love for a creative idea if anyone's got one!

Thanks for the query. Even my preamp doesnt have a light on the volume knob. Please let me know how you get on with the radium sticker
