Reg-OFC for onkyo

Friends,
Optical fiber cable can change the quality of sound for the speakers.
Iam using onkyo 3305 AV recevier. instalation person told me to change to ofc for better quality.

I think he meant Oxygen Free cables. Optical is to get sound to AVR for Decoding
