there is nothing to suggest, if your budget is low and yet you want a 40+inch tv regza is good...other wise i'll recommend pana 42v20 for 62k which is far far superior than your selection.
For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
