Removing hard disk of set top box for daily use

I have airtel old set top box with 320 gb hard disk. I want to use it as external hard disk . Is it possible.?

Yes, it is very much possible; if your have prior experience of changing or connecting/reconnecting HDD of the desktop, you can do it with ease, if you don't have that experience, I am sure, one of your friends has, get his / her help. BTW, most likely, your set-top box is fitted with 2.5 inch HDD, which can easily be fitted into any desktop or laptop. A separate or an extra HDD is always welcome provided your desktop's PSU provides enough juice to drive an extra hardware. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:
