Repair for nad / cambridge dvd and cdp

i've got a nad dvd player for which the tray doesnt stay open. closes up immediately. and a cambridge cdp which shows disc error - perhaps the lens is dirty. could someone help me with a technician in hyderabad that can repair it. do you think using a cdp disc / lens cleaner will help?

cdp lense cleaner discs are completely bunkum!

just unscrew the top cover, take a cotton bid and gently wipe the lense with it. THAT cleans it completely.
