Prices will definitely vary between dealers as Cambridge does not sell direct to customer afaik.

Audio One doesn't sell to customers directly. But they are good business people and will help you with dealers in your area.
You may negotiate with the dealer(s). Generally they don't encourage buying from dealers outside your zone as they limit the number of dealers in one area to protect their business. But it is not a hard and fast thing.
