Require suggestions for all in one remote.

Hello fellow HFV members,
After I bought my home theater system there are just too many remotes lying around on the coffee table. So I am looking for an all in one remote which will control all my devices. I know that there are remotes for over Rs 30k also, but my budget is just around Rs. 4k. Also please suggest me if you come across something in $ 80 range, a friend of mine is returning from US.
The devices it needs to control are:
LG LED TV
Tata sky hd
Denon 1612 avr
PS3 (its Ok if it doesn't control PS3, I was thinking of atleast powering it up and going till the movies menu as this itself is my BDP)
All suggestions / views are welcome. Awaiting your responses.

Hello,

I just ordered a Logitech Harmony 300 remote from ebay.in which is listed for Rs.1499 but got it for Rs. 1394 using a promo-code of ICICI bank.

I think this is pretty good deal for something which is listed for 3k elsewhere on the internet. Hoping other FMs also looking out will benefit from the deal
