Required help in regards to Harmony Remotes

Hi,

I recently purchased a harmony one remote from the US. I am trying to configure it for Tatasky HD box, but when it tries to learn from the original remote, it always displays No IR signal detected. This is the same for my plasma TV as well(LG PK550R). Has anybody faced any issue in configuring the harmony remote?
