Hi all. I have 5.1 speaker set up with polk speakers and Denon 2400 H receiver. The place where this set up was installed was not planned well regarding of room asthetics and acoustics.

As you can see in the pics two sides having doors and one side having two windows of (4*4). I am out of india i il come to my home for 30 days in a year.Last August only the package and speaker installation was completed. When i listen songs the Echo was there and no clarity of sound.

Can anyone suggest me acoustic treatments. I cant do DIY. Wat about MMT ACOUSTIX panel.

Even in this day and age of surround sound, the front soundstage remains critical: that's where your attention will be focused, whether watching a movie or listening to music. As such, you should try to cover the front wall (at least between the L/C/R speakers) with broadband absorption to keep front wall reflections from muddying the front soundstage. Same with the middle half of the back wall. Reflections off the side walls are outside the front soundstage and generally found to be pleasing because they aid in spaciousness, so absorbing them is optional.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
