Bought a 46'' Samsung 3D LED TV ( UA46C7000WRMXL ) for Diwali. Pretty good. Free 3D package worth 56K (3D bue ray player, 4 Glasses, movies and a wifi connector) - yet to get the 3D Gift package though. With the free content downloaded from the net, it looked awesome. I was planning to upgrade my MG350 with a new generation popcornhour for HD playback capability, but not required with this TV - just connect the USB HD and it plays them all 
I will write a deatiled review and post some pictures soon. I won't be watching 3D quite often, but since I will not be upgrading this box in the next 3-4 years, didn't want to miss the 3D stuff SD content - some channels are very clear but others- Ok;
