Samsung dealer issue

Hello everyone !
I have purchased Samsung 55 f6400 led TV on 13th October from Bajaj electronics A.S.Rao Nagar hyderabad .Samsung india was giving air track as freebie with that model .So I purchased it .So the showroom guy promised me that air track will be delivered along with TV .On 14th the TV was delivered without air track.So I made a query and the showroom ppl told me that Samsung has some issues with delivering freebies to dealers so it will be delivered directly to me.
I followed up with Samsung Cc and they made up some stories like dealer with do it / installer will get it along with him .
Im following up with showroom ppl and they are making up some stories like it will take 2 /3/4/7/10/20days .

What should I do guys ?Tell me.
 
Wait a couple of days and then check with the dealer or Samsung. Just keep bugging them and if possible, visit their store. I'm sure you'll get the AirTrack in given time.
 
I'm also planning to buy 55f6400 this week end. Can you please tell me the price at which you have bought this tv? please share this information so that it would be helpful when I do the bargain. Thanks siva.
 
it takes about a month for samsung to ship the freebies..
i got my two extra 3d glasses about 2months later..

the reasons may be to consolidate the orders during the festival period and then dispatching the freebies..

if another holiday/festival comes immediately after..expect more delays..

but keep bugging the dealer.. only then you'll get it
 
I am planning to buy a used Samsung UA55f6400,a 55 inch 3d,smart led.
I would like any inputs for whuch I should look before closing in the deal.
Especially the usage hours of the tv,how can I check the Number of hours for which this tv has been used.
I am getting it for 60k asking price,is it a gud price or should I go in for some negotiation?
Any additional tips befor buying a used led.It's a july 2013 purchase,any idea of figures I am going to be looking at for usage hours?
Earlier the seller was not sure of wheter he is having a bill or not,but now he's saying that he can arrange either for a duplicate bill from croma or will try to search for old one.Do croma really issue duplicate bill when asked for an already sold good 1.5years later?
Should I put in this much of worry,on getting a bill or can I buy it without bill as well?
The seller is saying he was having 1 year warranty and now I would be able to buy an additional warranty now,can it be true with a gap of 5 months with nil warranty period?
Any inputs would be highly appreciated.

Many dealers can and do so, but usually to the first sale customer, not the subsequent one, especially if their invoicing is automated. Call or visit Croma, pretend to be a customer that has lost their bill and ask whether they can give you a duplicate bill from 1.5 years ago.

Yes, you should have the original bill if you want to purchase the extended warranty. IIRC, extended warranty is possible if the extension is purchased before expiry of the original warranty, not after. Again, call or visit a Samsung Service Centre and ask how the extended warranty works and what docs you need for the purchase.
