Samsung Frame connection issues via hdmi to Denon

I have replaced my 10 year Samsung LCD with The Frame and was trying the existing setup to connect to my Denon AVR (1513). I setup that worked for me is -

Aritel Xsrteam -> HDMI input of Denon AVR 1513 -> Denon Output to TV. This is not working with Samsung Frame TV. It says source not supported.
I tried connecting AVR directly to TV and that detects the AVR but does not play the sound via AVR (connectied via eARC). The only option working now is optical cable.

Thoughts on what am messing up with?

Note - Samsung TV ports are on one connect box

Make sure all the devices are on the latest version of firmware and ARC is enabled on your AVR.
