Samsung Galaxy M33 issues

I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy M33. I am facing one issue. On mobile data, (Internet provided by my SIM Operator, JIO 5G) after Google search, the listed websites do not open.

Any suggestion?

I updated my M33 phone few weeks back I didn't face any issue initially but now I'm facing some serious bugs like my phone automatically restarts randomly and this mostly happens when charge goes down to 20 and after the restart is over one or two app crashes automatically:loudly_crying_face: Bro I didn't expected this bugs I though I had smooth experience after the update but I'm wrong:sneezing_face: please someone help with this What should I do to overcome this problem until the next Security update Kindly share your thoughts and do let me if M33 users facing this issue lately

is it under warranty? My daughter uses the M34 and there is no issues at all after regular security updates which keep coming. I personally use the S22 been 2 years and works like a charm with regular updates.

Ensure to back up the data as a precaution just incase due to phone's erratic behaviour it locks itself or accidently wipes away the data. Do this!

As far as I know there is no roll back of updates when done. The only resort is to visit Samsung gallery who will suggest reset of phone or they may apply some software patch (check if chargeable service before doing so). Samsung India unlike foreign countries will not back up your data before flashing it. My wife learnt a bitter lesson with her A73 when she forgot her passcode. She lost all the data as the phone had to be reset. I had a bitter battle with Samsung head office in India and also kept Korea office in the loop. Nothing happened, finally had to reset the phone all data was lost priceless family photos, luckily got 50% of lost content from family members etc.

My advise, after reset (ensure you back up your data first) still the same erratic behavior, then sell it off over OLX / Facebook Market Place, add some funds and buy the latest handset within your budget and features requirement.
