Samsung HT-E450K Home Theater Planing to Buy & need suggestion.

Dear All,
I need some suggestion, should I go for Samsung HT-E450K Home Theater it cost between RS 12000-15000 which is very much my budget.
Have optical (S/PDIF) which I can connect with AIRtel HD D2H .
Have HDMI port which I connect with SAMSUNG LED TV.

Have some question also ,if you guys can update for that as well
My LED tv have ARC , should I need to connect my LED TV with HT to get Dolby digital 5.1 sound or only need to connect with Airtel D2H HD with Optical cable .

My LED tv have DD+ where HT don't have so , so to get DD+ sound from HT, I should go for HT which have feature DD+.

any more suggestion is always welcome.

If you can increase the budget then look for HTiBs from Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo or Pioneer. IIRC someone bought Yamaha 196 for around 20K.

The HTiB should also support ARC for it to work. Use optical out of STB directly to the AVR.

Dont go for samsung... Go for onkyo or yamaha

reason to buy : 5.1 HT 1HDMI,1S/PDIF port 1000W RMS & definately budget 12,000

PLs let me know why u suggested yamaha,OKYO system

well that will be a very long topic
in short
samsung/lg home theters amp section is nowhere match with yamaha/onkyo/denon
they dont have multiple hdmi input.....so cant connect any device with hdmi output

never buy a 15k samsung/lg home theter set up...rather buy local wooden speaker pair and local robust amp...will sound tight and better...

increaee your budget a little and get yamaha 196 at around 19k.......
