Use :

ONLY WATCHING TV CHANNELS mostly sports and news (It will be used by my Grandpa)

Samsung LED UA32EH4000 : 23,800/- (HD READY LED LCD)

LG LCD 32LK430 : 29,900/- (FULL HD LCD)

HIS BIRTHDAY IS DAY AFTER TOMORROW AND I WANT TO GIFT HIM A NEW TV, PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

Not to confuse you , but have you checked the Toshiba options ? I've heard they are a good option at a lesser price too.

Its listed in letsbuy for 29.5K Buy Samsung 32"Full HD LED TV 32EH4000 at Best Price in India - Also find Specifications, Photos, Features & Reviews. Note : Letsbuy mentions it stupidly as Full HD but the specs below show it is HD ready only.
