Samsung T670 Soundbar

I recently purchased Samsung t670 soundbar. Sound quality wise it's better than my previous Sony IV300 but surround speakers volume is to low after setting it to highest level. Also Soundbar is not decoding Dolby DTS 5.1 files when streamed through Plex server and for online 5.1 content. Can any suggest as I have updated the software as well.

Surround sound is not supposed to be ON always. Try HD channel on TV, mostly they play good 5.1.
