Samsung UA40C5000 vs UA40D5000, picture quality?

Hello,

I know that UA40C5000 is 2010 model and UA40D5000 is 2011, but is there any difference?
Is the picture quality the same? What about the Backlighting? I read that the D5000 is edge-lit, I'm not sure about the C5000 though.

Please if someone can help I'd really appreciate it.

I dont think you can get C5000 sealed piece and it will probably be a demo piece and the dealer would have used it for a year in his showroom.

It does not make any sense to buy a 2010 model 40C5000 now unless you get it for less than 30k.

The dealer might say it is a box piece but don't believe him, some dealers repack the display units and sell it as box pieces !!! Beware !!!
