There are many options available. Do check out speakers from Dali, Q acoustics and XTZ. Sub-woofers also you have options in your budget from Rythmik,Rel and XTZ.

Hey, thanks for the replies!

By now, I have demoed many - Polk S/ES, Q Acoustics 3050i/ Concept 40, Focal 826, Kef q150, Polk r100, Dali Oberon 5, Emotiva T1+, Elac F5.2
I am settling with Emotiva for their clarity & neutrality. Dali was my main choice up until I heard the Emotivas.

Speakers:
F/L: T1+
C: C1+
Surround: E2+ (They are a bit pricey, dealer is suggesting polk fxia4 as a cheaper alternate. I am considering Elac 4" on walls as well)
Height: Elac IC1005 6.5" (I am considering Monoprice caliber 8". No dealer in delhi has it but I can get it from amazon for cheaper)

Subwoofer: I have no idea here. I was first sticking with SB/PB1000 Pro but now I think it will be overkill in my 13'x 16' (204 sq ft) room, as I wish to go dual subs. Dealer has suggested Emotiva SE-12. I am thinking of going dual 8 inch or 10 inch subs. I have also heard the Dali E-12F. I have not heard the SB 1000 pro. SVS is universally appreciated but I am skeptical because of price differences and room overkill with dual subs as I want better coverage in the room.

Receiver: I need a minimum 7.2 channel receiver with pre-outs for a power amp in the future. Dealer is offering a used Marantz SR5012 with 1 year warranty from his end at a good deal.

Projector: This is where I am most confused. Dealer is offering the new benq tk700 but I am gravitating towards epson's tw7100 for better contrast and color in my dark room.

Screen: 120" prima

HDMI cable: Dealer is giving Konig 10 meter for 15k. I am thinking of Bluerigger (18 gbps) which is much cheaper (~3k). Do cables really matter enough to spend 5x? Specially when I don't think I need optical cables at 10m. Correct me if I am wrong.

Speaker cables/ Wiring charges: What is the average price/ mtr for this? Also, should I look out for any specific brand or specifications?

PS for cables: I am a PC enthusiast. I have never ever focused on cable quality or brand and I have never faced any quality problems (Yes, life of cheaper cables is another matter, but that's usually brought by frequent plugs/unplugs). I understand the difference between cable bandwidths and signal loss/ degradation. But if there 2 cables with exact same specs with 1 being more expensive cos "brand", I fail to understand it except maybe cable life. I am ok with a compromise on cable life as I will hardly ever plug/ unplug it from the receiver or projector.

Any suggestion/ correction/ discussion would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Cables stick with bluetigger 18 gbps cable.its v good .no need to spend 15 k on that.if you really want then go for fibre optic cable around 8-9 k

AVR is good but try to get a later model if possible and 6013.

Projector Demo and see what u like. I personally like Epson colours

HDMI cable should be good with blue rigger.

Speakers cables: Fronts & Centre keep a high grade 12AWG and same for all three. (As u will need shorter cables comparatively)

surrounds cables: u can put any, dsnt matter much here. Canare 2s9f is a good and sharp sounding so will be great.
For front 3 speakers u can ask for canare 4s11 only.

Don't need to break a bank on cables but it's a hit or miss. All sound different. So if ur dealer can make u listen a few diff cables while keeping rest of set up constant it will be a good approach.
