Hi all - I have an Onkyo TX-nr525 system (purchased from the US) where I am looking to play the radio at frequencies like (95.0, 104.0, etc.) Challenge is that the tuner seems to accept only odd digits after the decimal point. When I do an Auto setup, it goes from 94.9 to straight 95.1 - similarly for 103.9 to 104.1.

In the manual, they have explained how to set a particular frequency through the remote - here when I tried 95.0 or 104.0, it doesnt accept it!

I spoke to Onkyo service center and they mentioned that this is a known issue for tunes bought from US, as the frequencies there end with 'odd digits'. As per him, I need to change the tuner in my system which seems drastic.

I am stumped and looking for guidance on how I can set the tuner as per my need.

Thanks in advance!

your dealer is right..its a problem in most US tuners. i had this problem for a car stereo many years ago !
