settings in reciever / subwoofer polkaudio / denon

pls advice best crossover. frequency switching settings etc for

i have polk audio rm75 + denon 1311 + polk audio psw125


im new to all this..and rite now the sound coming out of them sounds like shit.. :sad:

Dont get frustrated,it is not theoretical,thx suggests 80 hz for all the speakers including sub,only way to get best sound is by setting it to different frequencies untill you get desired sound,say if your speaker can handle 100hz then set it to 120hz,set the front speakers to small so that your sub will handle the low frequencies.try to change the speaker placement ,just my 2 cent,all the things said above are purely are my own experience.thanks........

I also have Denon 1311 and Paradigm CT70, I kept all crossovers to 120Hz and it sound really great..
