You have started multiple threads for every clarification.... You could have used the old thread where u asked for comparison of Sonodyne Vs Jamo...

BTW you seem to be a in a hurry to decide...Relax buddy...I can understand you excitement....:ohyeah:..Itz quite normal...

If you like Wharfedale's go for it....Buy all the possible gadgets within the budget that you have....Later (in few months) you can add whatever is missing..:clapping:
 
can i get anybetter price than this...or is the price quoted is best bet,..
if budget is constrain shall i go for sonodyne?
what abt tannoy mercury .. any dealers in tannoy in chennai..
pls suggest ..

If you want to enjoy your HT/music for a long time take it easy, relax think and buy.

We have forum members who have done months of auditioning before confirming the purchase.

In hindi we have saying "SABAR ka PHAL Meetha hota hai" Meaning When you go slow the results are likely to be sweet. And it perfectly holds good here.

Do lots of auditioning.

Pick the best one

First pick the speakers (2 fronts). Add a avr/amp etc. Then a center/sub. Then you can think about surrounds.

Do not buy in a package(5.1 package) even if you get a discount.

Hope this helps. I am sure this will put u in confusion as you are in a hurry. I am sure lot of forum members will concur with my views.
 
I am not aware where they carry Def Tech.
Def Tech HTIB are popular but components are not easily sourcable in Chennai.

I have heard that they are available in Mumbai. Why not call up the Indian distributor on their site.
