Sony 46HX800 or Sony 46EX720

I am planning to order a LCD next week, please throw some light on 46HX800 and 46EX720, I have no idea about these models, can anyone in these forum help me to choose the right one? I am planning to buy in Hyderabad, can anyone guide me thru to get it for best deal. Thank a lot!
