Sony CX 520 and DAV-DZ556KB

Hi,
I recently purchase sony tv CX520 40' and home theater DAV-DZ556KB.I've been able to connect my HT to TV via HDMI cable; i.e am able to play DVD movies on my HT and i can get the sound as well.But my problem is I am not able to get sound from TV to the HT when playing for e.g Digital channels on tV or Movie from USB on TV. I want to get the sound to my HT.

Would appreciate any help in this regard? I cannot find anything by searching.

connect the audio out/headphone on side of the lcd and connect it to your HT's audio in jack. You will surely get the audio on the Ht while playing digital contents.
