Sony DAV-DZ510

Ok so no options of onkyo or anything else, its a choice between lg sony samsung..
budget 20k..

Have checked out DAV-DZ510 and Lg 924, the sound quality on sony is better, while the bass on LG is very very good..
Lg 924-- Rs.13k,
Sony DAV-DZ510- Rs. 19.5k

Which one is better?
Can any of you give a short review? Especially for the sony?

In case you are short on budget then check out Phillips..You will find many models in the same price range and much better sound quality.. There is hardly anyone here who favors Sony/LG HTiBs

My bad forgot to mention Phillips..
They dont have the awesome hts 3571 model in my city..
Only models without optical etc..
I need optical in..

If you can stretch your budget to about 25k, you can get the Onkyo 3300. It's the latest entry model from Onkyo but does HD audio decoding, has 4 HDMI inputs, support for 3-D and more. The subwoofer is passive but can be changed to an active one later. Even the speakers can be upgraded later when you can afford it, as the receiver is a good one with reasonable power. So for the budget, sound-wise as well as for future-proofing, this is the best bet.

visit any nearby city where it is available and handpick it..
IMO.. don't buy sony HT just because philips/onkyo not available at your place..

Sorry, you cant add a active sub to 3300. It does not have a pre-amp out for the active sub.
