Sony LCD KLV 40V 550A

Hi All,

I am using Sony Lcd model KLV 40 V 550A with Onkyo Tx NR 609 AV amp and sony BDP S 370 bluray player with B&W 684 home theatre system. I am not getting picture on the TV from my Amp which is connected to the TV through HDMI. I tried connecting the bluray player directly to Tv through HDMI and still no picture. But when I connect my cable STB through the same HDMI i am getting the picture. I tries resetting the TV to factory default settings but still the problem exist. has somebody inthe forum exprienced similar problem. Can anybody throw some light into this.

It can be HDMI handshake issue. Try removing all connections from tv then switching on TV first and then connect Blu ray player afterwords. So that it will search for dislpay input and will find only HDMI input. No loss trying.
