Sony vs Samsung (LED TV).. Plz Help

Friends i am planning to buy a LED TV for my self but i am confused between these two tv's Sony's 40EX520 and Samsung's 40D5000. any idea which one has the upper edge ?? and also if you guys have any better tv in mind in the price range of around 60k to 66k then plz let me know.

I had demoed the D5000 a few weeks back the performance was almost equal to the 40D550 LCD however the screen was quite reflective. Would be a point of concern if you have a light source opp the TV.

BTW, Why not save 10k and get a LCD?

The Sony has a SPVA panel with fraction better blacks and better viewing angle.
The samsung D5000 from what i have seen the current lot has a AMVA panel.

If you don't mind the grey market do check the Sony EX520 available for 50k or less in bangalore.Sadly the quoted prices of samsung are high in bangalore grey.

The samsung D5000 plays more formats via USB,while the Sony has better online capabilities .
