Soundbar for TV with only digital audio out

Please suggest a sound bar, not very expensive, for my Panasonic TV which has only digital audio (Toslink) out and a couple of USB ports. I have found a couple of soundbars on Amazon. Please help.

Look at the sonos arc too and later if u want to add other speakers to build ur HT set up you can do so too.

That will be quite expensive set up. This is for my Dad’s bedroom TV.
