You will need to go in the lanes / by lanes behind the Police Station. Near Hotel Grant, that's where cabinets are being sold by several shops. If you are coming out from Grant Road Station EAST, outside platform 4 its walking distance (dont take the FOB) to go towards Hotel Grant and you can ask anyone.

U can buy MDF from Maharashtra plywood harinivas Thane and get it done with the help of any local carpenter. MDF should ideally be of 18 mm thickness, dense with reddish tinge. Last I checked, the price was ₹65/ sq feet. I do make cabinets as a hobby but for more intricate designs requiring router /jigsaw, I get it done from a professional. Proper bracing and flush mount are prime requirements for any good design

I have never dealt with him professionally, but @sadik 's attention to detail seems unparalleled. a box is a critical investment and a badly put together box can impact bass response and a misalignment of the tweeter on the front baffle and play havoc with the off axis response, defeating the purpose of having even mid priced drivers.

I seen the final output for one such project at ex FM Mpws house, and his fit and finish was awesome. if your project is anything even slightly serious, don't compromise.. call Baroda....

edit: I know that when I finally get to making the design that's in my mind for many years.. it will hopefully be made in Baroda. Hopefully @sadik will not let success and praise got to his head and price fairly ..
