Go for centre and fronts to start with; over a period of time as financial situation permits go for subwoofer then the surrounds. Go for quality than for quantity.

7.0 possible.. May be if u can stretch little mire, you can complete 7.1..Look at Taga Harmony Platinum series speakers.. S90 SL x 3 pairs ( fronts, surrounds and surrounds back) = 36K..

C90 center speaker around 13K..

Taga subwoofer TSW series, abt 20K or slightly more.. Totally 70K..

Alternatively, you may consider using Taga S90SL x 3 pairs..fronts, center, surrounds and single surr back speaker = 36K..

You can easily get Taga TSW 209 subwoofer in 25K budget..

Choice is yours..
