Speakers under 21k. purchase Advice and Help needed

Hi, the Swan m200mkII are just under 21k with tax and shipping. I'm not sure if they are worth that much seeing as U.S. prices seem low. Are they good speakers for 21k, or is there anything out there for 21k, active or passive with amp, that's better? I appreciate any help. This will be my first real hi-fi purchase. Thanks. (I'm from Kolkata).

Edit: please suggest upto 25k maximum, active or passive is amp fits within that budget.

for even cheaper solution get topping tp20+ jbl control one/ ca -s30. 15k

I'm thinking I will increase my budget a little bit. I saw good reviews of Wharfedale 121 on Whathifi. Can you tell me if there is a place to check out these Wharfedales in Kolkata? Thanks.

I listened both Wharf 121 and Wharf 10.1(also 10.2) during my audition for speakers. I liked wharf 10.1. You need to listen them.
