step down converter for 33W

Hi,
i purchased a SONY ipod dock from US. The spec on the back says 33W. Will the following step down transformer be good enough. It is rated at 65W

I have one table top transformer which I am currently using but the humming sound makes it almost unusable.

Yes, that is more than enough. But you could go for a 50W from a local store, lot of stores carry the Maxine brand. You will save couple of hundreds of rupees and Maxine is well regarded.
