how many peoples can suggest stereo amplifier for Telugu songs (CDs) ? I can buy audio cds for telugu songs only.

feel like, there is not using that much of instrumental in Telugu songs .
all most all forum member have habit of listening English songs along with their native language.

An amp is all about faithful reproduction of the sound, be it vocals or instruments. A good stereo amp+speaker combo will definitely improve your audio listening experience. What is your current configuration?

Now I have denon AVR and MS aviano 6 speakers.planing for a Marantz amplifier .

I guess the above query should be redrafted to - " Given the currently available quality of Telugu Audio CDs" which amp?
If my above interpretation is correct I think the new releases have decent recording quality and can benefit from a high end Amp.
If you are referring to Old Telugu songs don't bother to spend big bucks .

yes,you are correct. I am looking for current and coming songs.

From what i have read above, I think what you need is an upgrade to your current system, but you can play anything which is music not only Telugu songs .

Now I have denon AVR and MS aviano 6 speakers.planing for a Marantz amplifier .

Any dedicated stereo amp will vastly out perform Denon AVR for stereo listening. Doesn't matter what kind of source you play .

I have a Denon AVR (2310) and its pretty bad when it comes to 2 channel stereo. I found Denon AVR to be good for 5.1/7.1 movie experience.

Marantz stereo amp can smoke the Denon AVR when it comes to 2 channel stereo listening.

Hi Guys,

AV receiver is dedicated for movies unless a very high end receivers which cost more. For music,marantz and yamaha is considered better for receiver but there will be a lot of interference in receivers which will effect the sound. Medium range integrated amplifier can suite your preference.New songs now days also does involves different type of instruments usage.

so power amp also change the sound signature. in that case I can go power amp only,it will help to music and movies also.

I was thinking like power amp is giving enough power to run the speakers .

I don't know if the sound signature(warm/neutral/bright) changes significantly with a power amp, but it definitely makes a huge difference to the sound stage like making the music sound big and airy with more details and punch.

I just added an AP power amp to my Denon 2310 AVR and the sound stage improved a lot. The sound signature was more or less the same, I just got little more refined details for highs and hefty mids in the music. I think if you add a tube Pre then you can expect a change in the sound signature.

yes power amp definitly makes a diff...than avr alone..except very very expensive avr..who has own strong main amp section

AP stands for Acoustic Portrait. They are high end audio equipment company based in Bangalore. - Acoustic Portrait

I got their NJ1 dual mono power amp rated at 75W/ch @8ohms. I got a used one from one of the FMs here.

Many mid/ lower mid level AVRs usually have cheap components used for preouts. If a multi channel power amp is bought, ideally it has to be complimented with a dedicated pre-processor like Emotiva UMC-200 or Onkyo SC5509 or Marantz AV7005/ AV7701 etc. to justify the capabilities of the power amp.
