Suggest 40/42 Inch TV - NO Internet & 3D

Kindly suggest an 40/42 Inch TV - My requirements are

1)40/42 Inch - LED TV only (No Plasma or LCD!!)
2)Full HD preferred
3)Strictly NO Internet, NO 3D
4)-95% use will be watch for Standard TV channels
-3% use would be to watch movies from DVD, External Hard Disk,
Pen Drives, Laptop, Desktop
-2% would be to play games from Xbox,Ps2 or Wii.
5)Connectivity to external source should be good.
Example : External Hard disk, Pen Drives, Laptops, Desktops, DVD player,
Xbox or PS2
6)High Quality and Good life with 0 Maintenance
7)Should serve atleast next 10+ Years (My current TV served me 11
Years and still going on..)
8)Price : Value for Money

While suggesting, kindly quote the tentative price of model too.

Sony 40ex650 is good buy for a budget of around 65k.

Samsung 40eh5000 for a budget of 50k.

The models which have good PQ automatically have Internet and sometimes 3D also..
Sony 40EX650 is good buy for LED for good PQ for normal TV channels..

I recently bought a Sony 40EX430 ... operating fine. This is a direct-LED type design which is a bit different from the earlier introduced edge-LED.

Check its specs and see whether it complies with your requirements ... within your budget too.

For your needs, I would suggest the Sony 40EX430 or Samsung 5 Series. LG has introduced so many models that it is difficult to find the correct one. I think that they (LG) should take a relook at the strategy. For what is the need for LM6690 and LN6700 both?
