Hi friends,

My yamaha HTR-2064 was blown two days back... I technician said the front card, stk has fried... Now am looking for a new receiver which should support 4k HDR 3D as well as dolby atmos... Should not be extravagantly expensive.. My usage is 50 gaming 25 movies 25 music..

What should be the best price for yamaha rx-v581 and denon x1300w??

I am from delhi... So I request you all to also let me know from whr i should buy them...

Thanks in advance..

with x1300 hope you do realize that you will have 7 channels dedicated only, so with Atmos you can only go 5.1.2 (sacrificing the SB channels) or go with 7.1. However considering the price of dedicated 11 Channel Atmos receiver, 5.1.2 is not a bad config..

My room is 8x10 Foot so i dont think that would be an issue, i just wanted to know what should be the best price for yamaha rx-v581 and denon x1300w and which is better? also from where should i buy ??

Having used so many Receivers in the past and having recently installed a Denon2300 Receiver for a friend for B&W M1 series speaker package I would recommend you to go with Denon.

One step further I would suggest you to consider 2300. Probably if you can mention your speaker pack I can give you better suggestion.

Balagopalan.

with 8x10 room I don't think 7.1 would be possible unless you sit too close to the screen, 5.1.2 should do with TMR and TML channels .....

as far as AVR goes both are good Yamaha and Denon, I personally would prefer Denon, coz of the service they have in India.

I would not recommend Marantz, unless you would be listening to Music more than watching movies .....

Both MRP 54900 but 10-15% discount from authorised dealers. For example, profx is authorized to sell both denon and Yamaha. You can also get the list of yamaha dealers from yamaha music India website

44K from Hifimart ... Talk to Anil and give him my reference. If you from Mumbai visit him and have a audition. Very polite, friendly and a knowledgeable person.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
