Suggest Headphones around 10K

Hello guys i am looking to buy over ear or on ear headphones would like ur valuable suggestions.
Requirements :
1. ON or Over ear
2. They must sound natural and reproduce sounds as true as possible.
3. Warranty and service must
4. good noise isolation would be added advantage
5. Must be fairly portable.
6. Bugdet 10k can extend a little if worth it.
7. I listen to all genres especially ROCK,Metal,grunge,classical,Indian
