Suggestion for upgrading my portable audio source.

I need ur valuable suggestion regarding upgradation of my audio source.

Presently I have two combinations :

A>> Cowon iAudio E2 + FiiO E6 + Sennheiser CX 175

B>> Cowon iAudio E2 + FiiO E11 + Sennheiser HD 439

I want to upgrade the audio source of combination B and thinking of Cowon C2 8gb or 16gb. will that be a very good combination sound-wise. I am also considering of

Sansa Fuze+ but will it match the SQ of Cowon C2 ?
