Suggestion on 2D TV model...

Hello All

I need to buy a 40" - 42" LED TV but I am more interested in 2D than 3D. I am interested in Panasonic and LG only.

Please suggest me some good model with below considerations -
1) 3D is not that important
2) budget is around 70K ( +/- 3K ).
3) want to see more HD movies / pictures on TV

Okay. But I could see them for US site and for India site...also on which site can you see the TV prices ?

U can't see price of any pana models but for others use flipkart
