I am willing to buy HOME THEATER PACKAGE in 25-30k
my preferences are DENON 1312Xp AND 391 XP
an amicable advice is highly appreciated

Suggestion

*dont buy that
*start with stereo FS pair + amp

why ?
*you dont know why you need a AVR
* Avrs are good but if very good surrounds not used the speakers will make a painful system .
*AVR of 20K is always inferior to a well made stereo amp in 10k
* Low cost surround packages are waste of money , you can remain low cost but select speaker sets carefully

I would agree to this. In fact I enjoy movies in stereo, including action movies. Stereo does serve well even with movies provided speakers are good.

@OP: What is your room size? Do you use HD media player/BDPS?
I would suggest, build system in steps rather than going for HTiB; AVr+ fronts initially, then sub and then surrounds. With HTiB, upgrade is also a pain ayou cannot easily sell off the HTiB speakers.
