Suggestions for a good sound bar

Hello Everyone , this is my first post here.

I am looking to buy a soundbar for my bedroom and my hall , i have a 55 inch LG LED in my hall and 32 inch LG LCD in my bedroom. MY hall is really huge and open , like imagine 2 floors stacked on top of each other , and my bedroom is also pretty big , but the viewing distance in my bedroom is quite less as i use a chair or lie on the bed while watching TV.

I have looked at sound bars on amazon and i found two good ones ,
1) Yamaha Yas-103 for 26000

2) JBL Cinema base 2.2 for 20000

Both have got good reviews and kinda fall in my budget too. Any suggestions would be helpful , i plan to buy either one and keep switching the unit between my room and my hall.. Any other soundbars that you guys think i should look at ? Any help would be appreciated.

I mainly want it to watch tv shows and movies coz i can barely understand any dialogue when its just the TV speakers in use.

Let me tell you, you are going to shoot your budget A LOT if you follow this forum

i knoww , i posted this and today itself i added the Bose Solo 15 to the shortlist , and that cost about 47k on amazon ... lol ... initially i started out with a budget of 5k and i was going to buy a Philips Soundbar.. haha
