Suggestions for Home Theatre in 20 X 14 room

Hi Group,
I am constructing a new house which is almost at the ending stage.
And I have a room of dimension 20ft X 14ft with two levels of seating of 4 recliners each row.
i am planning to have auto dim light system at play.
Need suggestions with sound absorption material for walls, sound system and lighting ideas.
