Apparently <19ms latency on the triband, is this a viable option to have a subwoofer out of the ugly placement?

That's a great writeup, thanks for taking the time. I know you've posted pictures previously but it wouldn't hurt to add them here. Just another suggestions, whilst testing for subs the room size is often referred in cubic feet rather than square feet, i.e. even the height is taken into account...

I am thinking it can be used for speakers as well?

Yes apparently it does work for speakers too, specially the triband.

It isn't! Any thing with an RCA out will work - they even give the cables in the package!
